Our Private Lesson is a personalised session designed to meet your individual needs, goals, and body condition. With one-on-one guidance, you receive detailed alignment corrections based on Inside Yoga principles, ensuring safe movement and effective progress. Whether you want to improve flexibility, build strength, refine technique, recover from imbalance, or deepen your practice, every session is customised for you. Your instructor closely observes your posture, breathing, and movement patterns to help you understand your body and use your muscles correctly. Private lessons provide focused attention, faster growth, and a deeper connection to your practice—perfect for beginners, advanced practitioners, or anyone wanting a tailored and supportive yoga experience.
Cancellation Policy
1:1 Private Yoga Session Policy Bookings and payment All 1:1 private yoga sessions must be booked in advance through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Cancellations and rescheduling You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the appointment time. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled or refunded. Late cancellations and no-shows Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend, may result in the session fee being forfeited. Late arrival Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session may still need to finish at the scheduled end time. Health and safety Please let us know before your session if you have any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or anything else that may affect your practice. You are responsible for practising within your own limits. Studio changes If we need to cancel or reschedule your session, we will offer you a new session time or a full refund. Consumer rights This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. For Sydney/Australia, keeping it clear and balanced is important. NSW Fair Trading says standard form contracts should use clear, transparent language, and terms like excessive cancellation charges can be considered unfair.
